Well, at this moment I'm personally acquainted with three 20-somethings (OK, one is actually 31) who think the relationship should be very solid - such as engaged to be married - before sex is added. Also I feel it also could well be the age factor that's making me re-consider this relationship and question myself whether I have made the right decision to walk away.
